¡¾19-Hole Punching, Suitable for Letter-Size Paper¡¿The 19-hole comb binding machine is specifically designed for Letter Size paper. The margin guide is fixed, so it’s not recommended to punch other paper sizes, as the hole alignment may not be accurate. Our comb binding machine is built for long-lasting use, delivering consistent performance and professional-quality bound documents.
¡¾Punching Capacity of 8 Sheets¡¿The comb binding machine can manually punch up to 8 sheets of #20 paper at once without any misaligned holes or burrs. Note: Only 8 sheets of 20lb paper can be punched at a time, and covers should not be punched together with paper. Only one cover should be punched at a time, and it is recommended to use PVC or PP covers with a thickness of 6 mil or less, and no more than 12 mil. Cardstock up to 450g can also be punched.

You can punch holes accurately with a 3mm binding position. The built-in drawer-type waste compartment allows for easy disposal of paper scraps. Please ensure regular cleaning of paper scraps to prevent potential damage to the comb binding machine.

For a more effortless experience, try punching fewer sheets at a time and repeat as needed. ¢Û When binding, position the binding comb with its open side facing upward to ensure everything aligns perfectly.
Punch capacity: 8 sheets (80g paper). Bind capacity: 145 sheets. ? Please make sure to align the paper properly before punching to avoid jams. ? Maximum punch capacity is 8 sheets of standard 80gsm paper. Exceeding this limit may result in incomplete punching or damage to the machine. ? For best results, use standard copy paper. To make punching easier, reduce the number of sheets.
